Pimmit Hills, founded in 1950, is located next to the Tysons Corner area in Virginia and is one of the largest communities in Fairfax County with over 1,640 homes. Learn more
In March 1951, 60 Pimmit Hills residents got together to organize the Pimmit Hills Citizens' Association (PHCA) and state its mission which is still true today: "The Association’s activities are non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-political. Its purpose is to promote, develop, and improve the general welfare of the Pimmit Hills community. Since its formation, the Association has provided a forum for discussing community needs and problems and a framework for organizing efforts to satisfy or solve them."

Pimmit Hills Day 2026 is Sep 26th!
We hope to see you and your neighbors at Olney Park for PHCA's annual neighborhood fair on Saturday, Sept 26th!
We will have food, vendors, live music by the "Pimmit Hillbillies," character actors for the kids, an inflatable obstacle course, and more!

PHCA Meeting Schedule
The PHCA Community Meetings are typically on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Pimmit Hills Center, 7510 Lisle Avenue, in the Senior Center Room (large room closest to the intersection of Lisle Ave and Griffith Dr). The meetings start at 7:30 pm and all residents and homeowners are welcome to attend.
We run PHCA Meetings as hybrid meetings -- you can attend in person at the Pimmit Hills Center location mentioned above, or attend via Zoom. We try to set it up so that remote participants can see and hear everyone in the room, and in-room participants can see and hear everyone on Zoom.

This community meeting will be virtual only as the Pimmit Library (7584 Leesburg Pike, 22043) is not available.
Zoom meeting link, passcode, and call-in info will be sent prior to the meeting to those who subscribe to the PHCA Distribution List.

Payments can be stopped before renewal.
Email notifications received before renewal date.
Organizations or individuals who neither own property nor reside within Pimmit Hills. This category of membership does not include voting privileges.
